Uzbek science is confidently making its mark on the international stage!
From May 21 to 23, 2025, the 58th Annual Scientific Meeting of the European Society for Clinical Investigation (ESCI 2025) was held in Genoa, Italy, where Uzbekistan was represented by a distinguished scientific delegation. The participation and coordination of the entire team were successfully led by researcher J.K. Uzokov from the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Therapy and Medical Rehabilitation (RSSPMCTh and MR). He also served as a moderator for one of the scientific sessions, playing a key role in the effective presentation of Uzbekistan’s scientific achievements. Delegation members delivered a wide range of oral and poster presentations, covering critical areas of modern clinical science. All contributions were warmly received by the professional community. A highlight of the event was the team's participation in the “ESCI Champions League”, an intellectual competition among international teams. The Uzbek team earned an impressive second place, narrowly falling behind the team from Coimbra (Portugal), and scored among the highest points of the contest. This is a vivid example of professionalism, teamwork, and a strong commitment to international scientific advancement!
